Smoked salmon & horseradish dip with Swedish crispbread

This tasty dip only takes a few minutes to make, so it’s perfect either as a quick snack, party bite, or a delicious starter. It pairs beautifully with a glass of chilled Champagne!

Serves

4 as a snack or 2 as a starter

Ingredients

100g RR. Spink & Sons Smoked Salmon

4 tablespoons of crème fraîche

1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce

Chopped herbs as you prefer (chives, dill, coriander, flat-leaf parsley)

Lemon juice

Ground black pepper

 

Method

Place the salmon, crème fraîche and horseradish sauce in a food processor. Pulse for short bursts until it reaches the desired consistency. It works just as well as a smooth or coarser style dip.

Add lemon juice and black pepper to taste and mix the ingredients again gently with a spoon.

To serve, place the mix in a ramekin or plate, and add your choice of chopped herbs.

Serve with Swedish crispbreads or sliced crusty bread.
