Serves 4 as a canapé – easily doubled for larger parties.
- 100g RR. Spink & Sons Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
- 100g crème fraîche
- 2 tsp horseradish sauce
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- Rough oatcakes – about 3-4 per person
- handful of chives, finely chopped
Add the horseradish sauce and crème fraîche into a small mixing bowl.
Spread the mix evenly on the oatcakes.
Add the slices of cucumber, then top with the flaked salmon.
Finish with a twist of black pepper and a few chopped chives.
