Speedy Salmon Oatcakes

Ingredients

  • 100g RR. Spink & Sons Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp horseradish sauce
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Rough oatcakes – about 3-4 per person
  • handful of chives, finely chopped

Method

Add the horseradish sauce and crème fraîche into a small mixing bowl.

Spread the mix evenly on the oatcakes.

Add the slices of cucumber, then top with the flaked salmon.

Finish with a twist of black pepper and a few chopped chives.
